PAs are always under pressure to be as organised as possible. And everything has to be right to “work like clockwork.” At the same time, there’s many moving parts that have the potential to go wrong! In this environment some of us wear perfectionism as a badge of honour. But at what cost to ourselves?

Perfectionism can be a drain on our mental wellbeing. Can anything ever really be “perfect?” Is perfectionism our friend or something to be avoided? Find out some coping strategies and bring your own ideas to this interactive and light-hearted presentation with Ken Kelling and our panel of Assistants: Kathy Soulsby, Kallie Halai & Winnie King.

Ken Kelling is a thirty-year veteran of the worlds of PR, event management and business events, including a key role in the London 2012 Olympic Games. Now a life coach, trainer and mentor, Ken is a regular speaker at trade events including the PA Show.
