STRATEGIC PA NETWORK PANELLISTS

Matthew Want | Founder | WantVA

For over the past decade, Matt has provided administrative support for all kinds of busy people in all kinds of demanding positions. His work has helped them to find more time each day, relieve some of the stress that comes from overwhelming workloads, and save money by improving efficiency and providing assistance only when it’s required.

Matt was born and raised in Shepperton, Surrey. Shortly after he was born, he was diagnosed with a rare illness called biliary atresia, and because of this, he ended up having two liver transplants. He now lives in Angmering, West Sussex about ten minutes from the beach.

In his spare time, he is a massive geek. Matt loves everything Dr Who, Star Wars, and Lego related.

Matt is also a local Parish Councillor and is part of a local men’s mental health charity, MenWalkTalk.

Gilly Mulford | Founder | Your Household PA & Tails of Pawfection

“Time is precious…

With a wealth of experience, spanning three decades, I now run my own two businesses: Your Household PA, and Tails of Pawfection.

As a Virtual Assistant I have a passion to give back precious time so you too can enjoy the things you love, whether that be growing your business or spending more time with loved ones.

Running two companies as well as working for them both keeps me on my toes and demonstrates my organisation abilities and business acumen.

As a Fellow of the Institute of Administrative Management I am passionate about giving clients back that precious time whilst imparting knowledge and supporting other EA/PA and VA’s by sharing experiences and expertise.

After a life changing experience in 2018, learnt coping strategies have been at the forefront of my development and discussion topics and has seen my Public Speaking develop from online to National events.

Time is precious, you can use it, but you can’t own it. You can spend it, but you can’t keep it. Once you have lost it, you can never get it back”

Fiona Doonican | Founder | Your Business Needs Me

I am a Freelance Virtual Assistant based in Hazlemere, Buckinghamshire. I have a background of over 30 years experience as an Event Manager, Executive Personal Assistant and Administration Manager for both large and small companies.
Over the years I have noticed that many small businesses struggle to keep on top of their admin, whilst doing their everyday job. Their focus is on building the business, but they can rarely afford to employ someone full time to run the administration side of things, which is why a VA is the perfect solution.
Being a single Mum, I am used to multi-tasking and running a tight ship! If I’m honest, I am a bit of an organisation junkie! This means that I tend to be the go-to person when someone needs something done, from events, parties and holiday bookings, to spreadsheets, letter writing and invoicing – I have even been known to organise a memorable funeral or two!
I can turn my hand to most things and I’m never happier than when I am stuck-in to a project for someone.
Deciding to become a freelancer was a pivotal moment in my life, as this gives me the flexibility to work alongside creative, busy people who can utilise the skills I have to help them build a better business.

Jules Taylor | Founder | Taylor Made PA

Jules has been a Virtual PA for 3 years working with clients on both Business and Personal Appointments and Life Organisation.

Travel Arrangements, especially Holidays, are a favourite to book having started her professional career working as a Travel Agent for over 10 years. Moving into Sales & Marketing roles, firstly in Travel then in Professional Sports, and still works part time at a Premier League Club on Match Days.

Working virtually also allowed for a return to Travel which she now combines being a VA with being a ABTA Bonded Travel Agent for an established Independent High Street Travel Agent on a Freelance basis. This allows her to indulge in her own love of travelling and seeking out new places.

Outside of working, Jules is a keen sporting volunteer. Most recently on Euro 2020 and the Womens Euro 2022 supporting on the Volunteer Interview Process as well as being part of the VIP & Protocol Team during the tournament.
