“Boardroom 101: Empowering C-Suite EAs in Corporate Governance” is a specialised seminar designed for executive assistants working with top-level executives. Roger will aim to enhance the strategic role of EAs in corporate governance, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively support their executives in boardroom activities. Participants will learn about the intricacies of corporate governance, gain insights into boardroom dynamics, and develop advanced skills in communication, organisation, and decision-making.

Three Key Takeaways:

  1. Understanding Corporate Governance:
Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of corporate governance principles and practices, including the roles and responsibilities of board members, regulatory requirements, and the strategic importance of governance in corporate success. This knowledge will empower EAs to better support their executives in fulfilling their governance duties.
  2. Enhancing Boardroom Dynamics:
The event will provide insights into the nuances of boardroom interactions and decision-making processes. EAs will learn how to effectively manage board meetings, prepare essential documents, and facilitate smooth communication among board members, ensuring that boardroom activities are efficient and productive.
  3. Developing Advanced EA Skills:
