You are cordially invited to attend the Strategic PA Network’s POWER HOUR ONLINE event on Fri, 9th August 2024 at 12:30pm. ‘Focus on Your Negotiation Behaviours: Navigating Negotiation as an Executive Assistant’ with Gordon Hall.
A brief thought provoking session on the key skill of negotiation. We negotiate all the time; with family and friends, with colleagues, with customers and suppliers – it is there all the time. The session will help you reflect on your own negotiations and the behaviours you have used, and give you some takeaways to try new things.
A skilled negotiator can:
- Separate their feelings from their behaviour
- Find and create value
- Recognise they need to adjust their behaviours depending on the situation

Gordon Hall
Gordon spent his early career in sales and marketing, and then moved to running retail buying teams – which is where his love of the art and science of negotiation began. As a negotiation consultant for many years he has trained 1000’s of people on the subject, and helped companies and individuals all over the world with their negotiations. He now runs his own leadership development business – helping small and medium sized business leaders be the best they can be.
