We are thrilled to be hosting a Face to Face Networking Event with Clarendon Fine Arts Gallery Manager Sam Oliver.

Sam will deliver a talk about art from 20th Century to current day, how to begin collecting and how to look after your art, very much ‘The Secret diary of an Art Dealer.’

A phenomenal portfolio of fine artists ranges from top international names and award winners to the most exceptional new talent. The Gallery host regular personal appearances from major international names as well as exhibitions, private views and other events.

Sam and his team have a wealth of experience and clients range from seasoned collectors and investors to those who just fall in love with a particular artist or piece. With everything from exceptional original artwork to signed limited editions the opportunity to buy art is incredibly accessible.

BBO PA NETWORK EVENING FORMAT

6.00pm to 6.20pm – Informal Networking

6.25pm – Welcome & Introductions – Sarah Howson & Marianne Whitlock, BBO PA Network

6.30pm – Gallery Manager Sam Oliver delivers ‘The Secret Diary of an Art Dealer’

6.40pm to 7.30pm – Informal networking over a glass of fizz/soft drink and nibbles. Questions, enjoy the phenomenal art!

Bounce Forward – Passionate about protecting the mental health of today’s children, Bounce Forward trains teachers and parents in the science of developing psychological fitness and how to pass on their skills. Their approach is to influence the education system through research to cultivate psychologically fit and emotionally intelligent adults tomorrow.Smart Works Reading – The women who come to Smart Works Reading are referred from Job Centres, mental health charities, women’s refuges, homeless shelters, the prison service, care service and youth organisations. Your support means you will play a part in another woman’s success story, helping her to gain life-changing employment that benefits her and the community around her. Each client receives a bespoke dressing consultation with two trained volunteers, to find a beautiful and high-quality interview outfit that will fill her with confidence. This is free of charge and the clothes are hers to keep.

FAQS & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? Windsor & Eton Central or Windsor & Eton Riverside train stations are both walking distance to the Gallery. Alma Road car park is just a short 7 min walk.

What are the detailed timings for the event? Please arrive for 6pm. Time allocated for ‘informal networking’ will be very relaxed.

Will I be able to get a soft drink or a glass of wine? Yes, Clarendon has generously offered to provide fizz, soft drink and nibbles

Where can I contact the organiser with any questions? Please email hello@bbopanetwork.co.uk if you have any questions regarding the event.

Do I need to bring a printed ticket to the event? No, a printed ticket is not required. We will export the registered attendee list from EventBrite and name badges will be handed out on arrival.

Will we be using social media? Yes! We encourage live use of social media – we need to spread the word about the network! Please use the hashtag #BBOPANetwork.

Will there be photography? Yes! There will be photography at the event. By attending you are giving your consent for your image to be used on social media and our website.
